School Psychologist
Mrs. Courtney Kuncelman is the School Psychologist at East Side Elementary in the Greater Johnstown School District. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Penn State University, and her Master’s in Education degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study (CAGS) in School Psychology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Mrs. Kuncelman is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and an active member of the Association of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania (ASPP), as well as the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Her primary responsibilities include assessing students to determine eligibility for special education programming, individualizing instruction and interventions, and consulting with teachers, families, and other school-employed mental health professionals to promote a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
